Every mile of the CPL Andrew L. Hutchins Memorial Ride carries a purpose — to keep the memory of a Maine soldier alive and to support the veterans and families who carry on in his name.
The puzzle piece at the center of the CPL Hutchins Memorial Ride logo started as a high school project. Andrew brought it home and handed it to his father Jeff. Jeff carried it in his wallet for the rest of his life.

For the 3rd Annual CPL Hutchins Memorial Ride, every dollar raised went to Operation Reboot Outdoors — a Maine-based nonprofit that takes veterans into the field to heal through hunting and fishing.
For the 2nd Annual CPL Hutchins Memorial Ride, every dollar raised went to the Travis Mills Foundation — a Maine nonprofit founded by one of only five living quadruple amputees from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
For the 1st Annual CPL Hutchins Memorial Ride, every dollar raised went to The Summit Project — a Maine nonprofit that carries the memory of fallen heroes on hikes, rides, and meaningful journeys across the state.
