Midpoint stop
Rest Stop
The ride makes a scheduled stop midway through the route before heading to the final destination. This is a chance to rest, refuel, use facilities, and connect with fellow riders and community supporters before the final leg of the journey.

How to Register
Online Registration
Registration is handled through Zeffy — 100% of your purchase goes directly to the beneficiary. No platform fees.
Registration Fees
Registration fees include a meal at the post-ride celebration for each person in your vehicle.
Day-of Registration
Day-of registration is available at the starting location in North Monmouth from 8:00–9:15 AM.

Arrive at the starting location, check in, register, and connect with fellow riders and supporters.

Safety Brief
The road captain conducts a safety briefing for all riders. Attendance is required before departure.

Kickstands Up
The procession departs. All vehicles follow the designated route through Maine communities.

10:00 – 10:15 AM
Midpoint Stop — Jay Plaza
The procession stops at Jay Plaza in Jay, Maine for a rest break. Riders can refuel, use facilities, and connect with community supporters before the final leg.

11:35 AM – Noon
Arrival — Carrabec High School
The procession arrives at Carrabec High School in North Anson, Maine. Park up, take a breath, and celebrate the miles you just rode in Andrew's honor.

Noon onward
Post-Ride Celebration
The real heart of the day begins after the ride. Join us for food, music, raffles, a 50/50 drawing, and — most importantly — fellowship with the people who loved Andrew and the community that carries his memory forward. Take time to learn about who Andrew was, hear his story, and connect with those who knew him best.
Rider Information
Before You Ride
All Vehicles Welcome
Motorcycles, cars, trucks, and first responder vehicles are all welcome. You do not need a motorcycle to participate.
Safety First
All riders are expected to follow Maine traffic laws and road captain instructions throughout the procession. Helmets are encouraged.
Flags & Decorations
American flags and military branch flags are provided for all vehicles. Decorations honoring veterans and service members are welcome.
Fuel Up Before You Go
Please arrive with a full tank. The closest fuel to the starting location is CITGO at 912 US Route 202 in Monmouth. Additional fuel is available near Jay Plaza at Riverside Kwik Stop on Riley Road, with Cumberland Farms in Livermore Falls offering another convenient option shortly before Jay.
Road Captain — Shawn Boutaugh
The procession is led by Road Captain Shawn Boutaugh, along with Bill Kirk and Scott Carson. Follow their instructions and signals at all times for the safety of all participants.
Weather Policy
Rain or Shine
We ride rain or shine. The CPL Andrew L. Hutchins Memorial Ride goes on regardless of weather — because Andrew's memory doesn't take a day off, and neither do we. In the event of truly severe or unsafe conditions, updates will be posted on our Facebook page.
